Hi all,
I just wanted to talk about my recent realisation of the effect that sugar has on the body. I guess you could say I was addicted to sugar and oftern found that I was craving sugary or sweet foods. In an attempt to lose weight I decided to cut out all products that have added sugar and the outcome has amazed me. Sugar really does drive your hunger and make you crave more of the same foods. After just one week of illimunating sugar those cravings are gone! ;D I believe that it also may have effected my moods as well. I would love to hear other people's views on sugar as my oppinion is just based on personal experience. By for now, Kim
