I have always thought that a person could get everything they need from food. My biggest problem with this is how can one or two little capsules contain enough of anything to make a difference in my health? Can you explain to me how you can fit 17 (or whatever number it is) fruits and vegetables into those little capsules? Come on. . .!

Yes, you can get everything you need from your food, especially fresh, raw fruits and vegetables. The problem is almost no one eats enough fresh Raw fruits and vegetables. Your question is a good one. How do they get all that nutrition in those four little capsules? The recommended dose is two fruit capsules and two veggie capsules per day. First of all, if you take those four capsules and empty then on a napkin you will notice that there is a considerable amount there. Secondly, when the whole food is dried at 60 degrees the moisture and sugar and salt is removed. All of the nutrients are still there in a powder form. If you were to cremate your body you would find very little left after all of the water is gone. The same is true with fruit and vegetable juice. The big question is: does the dried fruit and vegetable juice still have the nutrition as the juice? The answer is YES. Numerious studies have been done that show that it works.

Did you know that four little capsules of our product is equal to six and one half lbs of fruits and vegetables? That is a considerable savings in money. Are you worth $1.33 a day? To find out more, visit www.juiceplus.com/+bs82773 or send an email to jayne@jaynesgarden.com.
